Solvefy is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage Solvefy’s digital presence and branding activities. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to transform ideas, events, and activities into engaging marketing content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Solvefy’s social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with branding strategies.
- Design social media creatives, marketing posts, banners, and promotional visuals.
- Capture photos and videos during company events, activities, and office engagements.
- Convert a single event or activity into multiple content formats including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns and branding ideas.
- Plan and manage event coverage to maximize audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement techniques, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and promotional requirements.
- Support overall digital marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro
- Figma (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn posting tools
- Strong communication and creative storytelling skills
- Basic understanding of branding and audience engagement strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, branding, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, campaigns, or video content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
