About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing & Advertising Executive to manage and enhance our presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the Doha real estate market, combined with proven experience in social media marketing and online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote company projects and services.
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media channels to maximize reach and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong online brand presence.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align campaigns with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media marketing and advertising.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all major social media platforms.
• Solid background in the Doha real estate market.
• Arab nationality.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
