Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to enhance content visibility on search engines and within social platforms.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success, user engagement, and conversion rates; prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, graphic design, photography, video editing, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
- Foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members to expand brand presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Skilled in video editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research to improve content discoverability.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
