Social media marketing and content creator

The Social Media Marketing & Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging digital content that reflects Keo’s premium and modern brand image. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, social media trends, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media, showcasing Keo’s services, products, and client experiences.

• Develop creative concepts for reels, stories, and posts that highlight beauty trends, tips, and behind-the-scenes moments.

• Ensure all content reflects Keo’s aesthetic — clean, elegant, and modern.

• Coordinate occasional on-site shoots with technicians or clients for authentic, lifestyle-oriented visuals.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Keo’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Schedule posts, stories, and campaigns through Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools.

• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.

• Track and respond to social media inquiries professionally and promptly.

Marketing & Branding

• Work closely with management to align social media strategies with marketing goals, seasonal offers, and new service launches.

• Develop and execute influencer or brand collaboration ideas.

• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotional materials.

• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reports.

• Identify trends and insights to continuously improve content performance and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation (preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry).

• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite).

• Excellent written and visual communication skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Based in Dubai and familiar with local beauty trends and audiences.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
