About Ollie Perinatal
Ollie is a highly specialized, multi-disciplinary perinatal loss support platform and virtual clinic designed to provide therapeutic and medical education, services, and support just in time, as birthing people and families are experiencing perinatal loss. Our therapeutic and medical strategy is guided by our core belief that, for most birthing people, perinatal loss is child loss. The platform is best described as a guided Masterclass or TED Talk series integrated with a coaching app focused on the key medical and therapeutic activities, written materials, and personal support needed to thrive again after perinatal loss.
We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a creative, technically skilled, and mission-driven Social Media, Marketing & Videography Manager to help us share Ollie’s message of hope and healing.
Position Summary
You will lead the strategy, creation, and execution of Ollie’s social media, video, and digital marketing initiatives. This includes developing our visual brand identity, managing online platforms, and producing high-quality, emotionally resonant multimedia content. You’ll work closely with our leadership and clinical teams to grow awareness, community, and engagement across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with Ollie’s mission and growth goals.
- Manage content calendars across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others).
- Develop and maintain consistent brand tone, storytelling style, and visual identity.
Videography & Creative Production
- Serve as lead videographer and creative director for video projects — from concept to final production.
- Script, film, light, and edit production-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and Ollie’s online educational platform.
- Capture and produce authentic, emotionally engaging stories that reflect Ollie’s mission and audience needs.
- Design compelling graphics, promotional materials, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Manage photography and videography for both marketing and educational use.
Web & Platform Management
- Manage and update Ollie’s WordPress website, optimizing for SEO, accessibility, and performance.
- Support and grow the Ollie community on Mighty Networks, developing engagement strategies and coordinating member content.
- Collaborate with technical partners to enhance user experience, course design, and digital storytelling.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics across social, video, and web channels.
- Use data insights to refine content strategies and optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay current with trends in digital marketing, video storytelling, and health-tech communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in video production, lighting, audio recording, and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience operating cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment for both studio and field shoots.
- Strong design and layout skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience managing websites on WordPress and communities on Mighty Networks.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
Professional Skills
- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create sensitive, empathetic, and trauma-informed content.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand identity, and audience engagement.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple creative projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or multimedia production.
- Experience producing video content for wellness, mental health, or non-profit organizations is a plus.
