Job Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate who has hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, organic marketing strategies, LinkedIn sales, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and data-driven, capable of building a strong online presence and generating quality B2B leads through organic social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Manage and optimize Searchonic’s and clients’ LinkedIn company pages and personal branding accounts.
- Create engaging and professional content (posts, graphics, polls, articles) aligned with brand goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with target audiences via LinkedIn outreach and messaging.
- Execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns by identifying and connecting with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, CEOs, etc.).
- Perform daily LinkedIn activities including profile visits, connection requests, and follow-ups.
- Track and report on social media performance and lead conversion metrics.
- Research competitors and stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm updates and best practices.
- Support additional organic social media marketing efforts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Key Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year of proven experience in LinkedIn organic marketing, outreach, and B2B lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, LinkedIn sales, and audience targeting.
- Ability to ideate, create, and manage professional LinkedIn content, Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales.
