Social Media Marketing Assistant

This position requires a combination of knowledge and skills in marketing campaigns and social media management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting the company’s social media presence by creating content and managing all of its platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok) ; keeping accounts relevant, innovative, and engaging.
• Ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
• Coordinating, editing, and posting in-house videos
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve marketing objectives
• Develop and help execute influencer-driven campaigns with social media creators and influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Source, identify and recruit creators and influencers that align with our client's brand values
• Support manager to develop contracts for sponsored influencer partnerships
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, handle talent communication and share creative briefs with influencers and creators
• Track performance of influencer content for reporting purposes
• Stay on the cutting-edge of trends across social, especially on TikTok and Instagram
• Participate during team brainstorms and campaign ideation
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned

SHIFT

· 3 days a week required in the office

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of social media management for a brand, personality, and/or media company
• Professional portfolio of past and current content created, specifically copywriting and social media activities across multiple platforms required
• Marketing/PR experience preferred
