We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Social Media Content Manager who can own the full marketing ecosystem—from content creation and branding to paid ads, SEO, and performance tracking.
Position Overview
This role is for someone who understands marketing as a system, not just content. You will manage social media, website performance, SEO, Google Ads, and marketing analytics while working closely with leadership to drive leads, brand growth, and revenue.
You will be expected to plan, execute, test, optimize, and report on all marketing efforts.
Core ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content
- Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Capture and edit photo and video content (Reels, short-form video, project showcases, behind-the-scenes)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging
- Develop content calendars and campaign themes
- Grow engagement, followers, and inbound leads
Website & SEO
- Manage and update company websites (projects, blogs, landing pages, visuals)
- Execute on-page SEO (keywords, metadata, page structure, internal linking)
- Improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Work on local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and directory listings
- Collaborate on blog and content strategies that support SEO growth
Paid Advertising (Google & Social Ads)
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, remarketing)
- Optimize campaigns for CPC, conversions, and ROI
- Create landing pages and funnels tied to ad campaigns
- Manage paid social ads (LinkedIn, Meta) when needed
- Track ad performance and continuously improve results
Marketing Strategy & Analytics
- Build and manage lead-generation funnels
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad dashboards
- Provide clear weekly/monthly performance reports
- Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Stay current on marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content management
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, technical basics, and local SEO)
- Experience managing LinkedIn business pages and B2B marketing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Comfortable with CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
- Proficiency in content tools (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Organized, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Bonus (Highly Preferred)
- Experience in B2B, trade shows, events, or manufacturing
- CRM and email marketing experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) knowledge
- Marketing automation experience
- Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills
