BumBum is a Kuwaiti brand that specializes in eco-friendly, organic baby products, including a wide variety of natural and organic baby essentials. Designed for safety, comfort, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with company objectives and Kuwaiti audience behaviors.
- Prepare and manage a monthly content calendar, including posts (text, images, videos, Reels, Stories).
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly tone.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer care) to ensure brand and message consistency.
- Collaborate with videographers, graphic designers, and motion graphic specialists to produce content that meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Monitor analytics (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Analytics) and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Utilize social media tools (CapCut, Canva, Captions, etc.) for video editing and design and capture high-quality content using mobile devices.
- Lead coverage of company events, exhibitions, and collaborations, producing engaging live and post-event content.
- Manage influencer collaborations and social media partnerships, from outreach and negotiation to execution, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Identify and target key audience segments (e.g., new parents, mothers, family communities) and provide monthly database reports for integration on the company website.
- Suggest creative campaigns, contests, and interactive ideas to increase engagement, awareness, and sales.
- Stay updated on local and global social media trends and adapt them creatively for the Kuwaiti audience.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and cultural values.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in Kuwait).
- Strong bilingual communication skills: fluent in Arabic and English (speaking & writing).
- Kuwaiti nationality preferred, or strong proficiency in the Kuwaiti dialect with the ability to use it fluently and professionally in content creation.
- Willingness to occasionally appear on social media platforms as part of brand campaigns (optional).
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, adaptable to different tones.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Culturally aware and familiar with Kuwaiti norms, humour, and consumer behavior.
- Flexibility to work during events, campaigns, and special occasions.

Pay: KD600.000 - KD700.000 per month
