Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media presence and support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our online audience, and help strengthen Carzilla Auto Service’s brand across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate with the team for photos and videos.
- Monitor social media trends and apply best practices to improve engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools.
- Support in managing paid ads (Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads) if required.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital materials.
- Assist with marketing events, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Skills in content creation (photo/video editing is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in automotive or service industry is an advantage.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
