Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient private practice. We are a growing and fast-paced campus that offers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services in a traditional clinical setting, as well as on our ranch, with the incorporation of the horse as part of a comprehensive evidence-based plan (hippotherapy.

This is a part-time, fully on-site position, that offers 20 hours per week. Evenings will be required.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 an hour, dependent on experience
Essential Functions

Own and lead the social media strategy for Leaps & Bounds, with full accountability for growth and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Capture, edit, and post content that aligns with our brand and campaigns.
- Set and track monthly growth benchmarks for each platform, reporting progress and strategic recommendations to the Marketing Manager.

Manage all Leaps & Bounds social media accounts with a consistent, mission-aligned brand voice that reflects the organization's standing as a leader in pediatric therapy.

Create and execute a social media content calendar with a minimum of 2 to 3 months of preplanned content and captions.

Determine ideal post formats (post, story, video, photo, graphic, etc.) and strategic timing to maximize reach and engagement.

Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and content best practices, bringing forward timely recommendations for how Leaps can capitalize on them.

Actively engage with followers, referral partners, and community accounts to build relationships and expand organic reach.

Collaborate across the marketing department on campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives.

Serve as an internal and external representative of the Leaps & Bounds marketing department.

Identify opportunities to grow Leaps' visibility in the community and with new referral sources.

Engage with stakeholders including community partners, referral sources, Leaps families, and Leaps staff to support marketing objectives and drive revenue-based activities.

Support Leaps events on an occasional weekend or evening basis, with advance notice.

Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Proficiency Required In:
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro), Instagram Reels/TikTok editing tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Experience with Mailchimp, Classy, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 2 to 3 years of experience in a social media or marketing role.

Demonstrated track record of growing social media audiences and improving engagement metrics, with examples or a portfolio required.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn growth strategies, including organic and paid approaches.

Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing preferred but not required.

Proven experience capturing photos and video content in a professional or organizational setting.

Proficiency in Lightroom for photo editing.

Experience in video editing and reel creation.

Must be local to the Inland Empire or Riverside County area; this is an on-site position with no remote work option.

Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule within part-time hours.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.

Ability to bend, squat, and stoop on a consistent basis.

Ability to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 50 to 100 pounds.
