We're a fast-paced, patient-focused oral surgery practice looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Marketing Coordinator who loves content creation, relationship building, and bringing ideas to life. If you're someone who enjoys creating engaging social media content, networking with local businesses, and helping a brand stand out, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google.

Capture photos and videos in the office and turn them into compelling social media posts, reels, and stories.

Develop content calendars and marketing campaigns that increase patient awareness and engagement.

Manage social media accounts, monitor trends, and interact with followers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices through visits, events, and ongoing communication.

Coordinate community outreach efforts, educational events, and marketing initiatives.

Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and online reputation management.

Track marketing performance and bring fresh ideas to help the practice grow.

What We're Looking For

Creative thinker with a strong eye for content, branding, and storytelling.

Comfortable creating and editing social media content using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter who can take ownership of projects and bring new ideas to the table.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Marketing, communications, social media, or related experience preferred.

Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but personality, creativity, and initiative matter most.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
