Role Summary:

We’re looking for a design-led Marketing Coordinator with strong organizational and project management skills. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys turning direction into polished, on-brand output.

Content

You will:

  • Pair it with an appropriate visual
  • Upload posts into Loomly for review and approval
  • Target cadence: daily posting (minimum three posts per week)
  • Support the creation of longer-form LinkedIn articles (at least one per week)

2. Tools & Platforms

  • Canva – core, non-negotiable tool
  • Loomly – primary scheduling and approval workflow
  • Experience with other scheduling tools such as Buffer, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar is beneficial

Training will be provided for tools you haven’t used before.

3. Events Coordination & Marketing Operations (≈30%)

This is a critical part of the role.

You will act as the organizing and coordination hub across marketing, sales, and external event partners.

Event coordination responsibilities

  • Liaise with:
  • External event hosts and organizers
  • Internal sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Own timelines, task tracking, and follow-ups
  • Ensure deadlines are met for:
  • Sales team attendee and target lists
  • Event-related graphics and collateral
  • Pre-, during-, and post-event social content
  • Coordination and shipment of event materials (booth assets, printed materials, merchandise, packages)

You will be expected to proactively manage dependencies, follow up with stakeholders (including leadership), and ensure nothing slips.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • Strong Canva expertise with a proven design portfolio
  • A strong eye for design and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating and scheduling LinkedIn content
  • Highly organized with demonstrable project management skills
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
