- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a cosmetic company (across all branches and e-commerce).
- Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, sales promotions, and in-store activations.
- Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including content planning, posting, engagement, and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and paid campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and the regional/franchisor marketing team.
- Support digital marketing efforts including paid social media, Google ads, and email/SMS marketing.
- Coordinate events such as product launches, pop-ups, and workshops with customers or influencers.
