- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Passion for creating meaningful campaigns, especially in the health and wellness domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging and original content (text, graphics, videos) for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure alignment with the brand voice and message.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule and post content across platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, ensuring timely responses to audience interactions.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for key initiatives such as awareness programs or product launches.
- Contribute ideas for hashtag campaigns, trending topics, and viral strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report key performance metrics (likes, shares, clicks, conversions) to measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
- Market Research:
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Ad Management:
- Learn and assist in running paid social media campaigns to target key demographics effectively.
