Social Media Marketing Executive

India

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
  • Spot and leverage trends, features (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Threads, etc.) for brand growth
  • Create engaging content ideas, hooks, and captions aligned with brand tone
  • Proficiency in AI prompt writing
  • Knowledge of product marketing & sales
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Collaborate with design & video teams to produce scroll-stopping creatives
  • Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, interactions)
  • Work with paid media team to integrate organic + paid strategy
  • Track analytics, optimize performance, and prepare reports

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on social media experience (agency or D2C brand preferred)
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of brand building + consumer psychology
  • Creative thinker who can ideate fast and execute campaigns quickly
  • Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, scheduling & analytics platforms
  • Independent worker with quick turnaround and strong attention to detail
  • Must submit examples of past campaigns / content portfolio
  • Experience with Generative AI – Runway, Midjourney, etc., will be preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
