Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
- Spot and leverage trends, features (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Threads, etc.) for brand growth
- Create engaging content ideas, hooks, and captions aligned with brand tone
- Proficiency in AI prompt writing
- Knowledge of product marketing & sales
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Collaborate with design & video teams to produce scroll-stopping creatives
- Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, interactions)
- Work with paid media team to integrate organic + paid strategy
- Track analytics, optimize performance, and prepare reports
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on social media experience (agency or D2C brand preferred)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of brand building + consumer psychology
- Creative thinker who can ideate fast and execute campaigns quickly
- Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, scheduling & analytics platforms
- Independent worker with quick turnaround and strong attention to detail
- Must submit examples of past campaigns / content portfolio
- Experience with Generative AI – Runway, Midjourney, etc., will be preferable

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
