Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive who can creatively tell stories, drive engagement, and amplify our mission of animal seva. The role involves both office-based and in-field work, combining digital marketing expertise with content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to build awareness of MyKarunaCare’s mission.
• Create impactful and engaging content (reels, posts, stories, short videos) focused on animal welfare and seva.
• Handle video shooting and editing for campaigns and events.
• Manage scheduling and publishing using social media tools.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance campaign reach and engagement.
• Respond to audience queries, comments, and DMs across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and animal welfare awareness campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proven experience in social media marketing and management.
• Strong skills in video shooting and editing.
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
• Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
• Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of SEO and content planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1.5 to 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Must own a 2-wheeler (for field activities).
• Ability to work onsite from Ahmedabad (New Cloth Market).
• Passion for animal welfare, social impact, and digital innovation.
