Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Salary Range: Up to PKR 100,000/month

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage brand presence across multiple social media platforms, create engaging content, analyze performance, and run paid campaigns to maximize reach and conversions. Candidates with strong content ideas, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals

- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns

- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop new ideas

- Engage with the online community and manage brand reputation

- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (preferred)

- Strong understanding of digital advertising and content strategy

- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, or similar tools

- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

- Fresh graduates or highly motivated interns may also apply
