About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and be able to manage multiple platforms with creativity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute content strategies for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Handle day-to-day posting, audience engagement, and community management.
• Research and identify trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to create relevant and timely content.
• Create and manage visual content such as graphics, reels, videos, and photos.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and share regular insights and reports.
• Assist in planning and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Maintain a well-structured content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (internship or full-time).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social media tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
