Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, develop creative content, and support our digital marketing and website activities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, reels creation, photo/video editing, and basic website maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Make high-quality reels, stories, and creative posts for property listings and company branding
• Edit photos and videos to ensure professional and attractive output
• Manage and update the company website (basic development, content updates, listing uploads)
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, online ads, and promotional posts
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility
• Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Handle online inquiries professionally
• Support the sales team with property marketing
• Run paid ads (preferred but not mandatory)
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply innovative ideas

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong content creation and reels making skills
• Photo/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
• Basic website development/management experience
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
