Social Media Marketing Executive

Brain Games Studio is hiring a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social presence, create engaging content, and drive meaningful audience growth across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, graphics, and short videos.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize performance to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align messaging and branding.
• Stay updated with trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Support in campaign planning, influencer coordination, and brand activations.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their algorithms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content.
• Basic skills in Canva/Photoshop or video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) is a plus.
