Social Media Marketing Executive

Position Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore

Timings: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Requirements:

• Proven 2+ years of experience managing U.S. or international brand accounts.
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager.
• Excellent grasp of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends.
• Understanding of content analytics, growth KPIs, and campaign optimization.
• Creative mindset with strong coordination and time management skills.
• Strong English comprehension for writing, reviewing, and coordinating with international clients.
• Experience in Google Ads / YouTube Ads / SEO / Email Campaigns. ( Bonus Skills -Good to Have )

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ownership:

• Handle day-to-day management of social media accounts (especially U.S.-based brands).
• Create and manage monthly content calendars with a clear tone and purpose.
• Generate creative content ideas that align with brand strategy and trends.

Creative Direction:

• Plan and direct reel/video shoots, ensuring storytelling and visuals are on-brand.
• Oversee idea-to-design execution with designers and editors for all social posts.

Growth & Strategy:

• Develop and execute both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with trendy and viral content formats that attract followers.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, PPC, or broader digital marketing campaigns.

Account & Project Management:

• Lead the execution of social media projects from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, video) to maintain timelines and quality.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
