We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience, who has hands-on experience in publishing and managing paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both organic social media management and paid advertising execution, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Social Media Management
- Manage and execute daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and carousels
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; ensure timely and professional responses
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Collaborate with designers and content teams for creatives and campaigns
- Perform competitor analysis and suggest content and growth strategies
- Paid Advertising (Core Responsibility)
- Publish, manage, and monitor paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and LinkedIn Ads
- Assist in setting up ad campaigns including: Campaign objectives (awareness, traffic, leads, conversions)
- Audience targeting and retargeting
- Budget allocation and scheduling
- Upload ad creatives, write basic ad copy, and manage A/B testing
- Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions) and optimize under guidance
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights for ongoing campaigns
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align ads with business goals
Requirements & Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing
- Practical experience publishing ads on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Working knowledge of: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of social media ad formats (image, video, carousel, lead ads)
- Basic knowledge of audience targeting, custom audiences, and retargeting
- Experience using scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tool
- Canva or basic creative tools knowledge is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing platforms
Good to Have
- Experience handling lead generation or performance marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, or landing page optimization
- Exposure to influencer marketing or campaign coordination
- Certification in Meta or LinkedIn Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
