Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our brand’s online presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving audience engagement, managing advertising campaigns, and monitoring performance analytics to support overall marketing goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management

· Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).

· Create compelling, on-brand content including posts, stories, reels, graphics, and short videos.

· Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.

Community Management

· Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Grow and engage the online community through interactive content and communication.

Campaign & Advertising

· Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

· Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

· Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rate, leads, and ROI.

· Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

· Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.

· Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, or similar.

· Excellent copywriting, design, and storytelling skills.

· Ability to work creatively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.

· Stay updated with social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activities.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).

· Knowledge of SEO or email marketing is a plus.

· Previous experience working with influencers or brand partnerships.
