Role Overview

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage social media campaigns, email marketing automation, SEO strategies, and brand engagement. This role is perfect for someone with strong skills in social media management, content creation, analytics, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter
• Run influencer campaigns and brand ambassador programs
• Capture and promote internal events for employer branding
• Design visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools

Email Marketing & Automation

• Launch campaigns via Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot
• Perform A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization
• Optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversions
• Build automated flows for lead nurturing and retention

Digital Strategy & Analytics

• Track performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite
• Align campaigns with business goals and ROI targets
• Stay updated on SEO, content trends, and digital innovations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing & social media strategy
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms & engagement tactics
• Creative design skills using Canva or Photoshop
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Familiarity with Shopify apps for email/SMS/push marketing
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and video editing
• Skills in photography, event coverage, or motion graphics
