Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement a cutting-edge social media strategy
- Content Creation: Craft, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our audience and tells our brand story.
- Analytics & Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online communities with a personalized touch.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Design team to ensure sync with overall marketing objectives.
- Trendsetting: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute creative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates strong digital skills.
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and an understanding of what drives viral content.
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication abilities, with a natural talent for storytelling.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with a strong sense of design and visual aesthetics.
- Tools Proficiency: Practical experience with social media management tools, along with basic design and editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Team Player: Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
