Social Media Marketing Executive cum Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, smart, and creative Social Media Marketing Executive cum Tele caller who can manage social media platforms, create engaging videos, and professionally handle client calls. The ideal candidate should be presentable, camera-friendly, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities Marketing

• Create and post engaging content (Reels, short videos, posts, stories) on Social Media platforms.
• Confidently appear in promotional videos related to Study Visa, Tourist Visa, and Work Permit services.
• Plan creative content ideas and follow trending formats.
• Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions to increase reach and engagement.
• Reply to social media inquiries and messages professionally.Telecalling & Client Handling
• Attend incoming client calls and provide accurate information.
• Make follow-up calls to leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Schedule counselling and assessment meetings.
• Maintain proper records of calls and client data.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English).
• Confident personality and presentable appearance.
• Comfortable speaking on camera.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Smart, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
