Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive (Hybrid) who can not only manage and grow social media platforms but also design effective strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, content planning, and community engagement.
• Create compelling, on-brand content in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Track and analyze KPIs, preparing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with SEO and marketplace teams to align social media efforts with overall digital goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
• Strong creativity, content sense, and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (remote + onsite).

• Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift, Mon–Fri)
