Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and support our real estate company’s social media presence. The role focuses on property marketing, content coordination, and maintaining consistent online communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update social media accounts for property listings and company branding
• Create and schedule posts related to real estate projects, listings, and promotions
• Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to gather property details and media
• Monitor inquiries, messages, and engagement on social platforms
• Track basic performance metrics and prepare reports
• Ensure all content aligns with company guidelines and brand standards

Requirements:

• Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
• Experience handling property-related content
