Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Lead Generation Expert who can actively engage clients, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through organic and paid social media campaigns across all platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in performance marketing, client engagement, and Canva-based creative design, with a strong understanding of conversion-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display as applicable)
• Actively engage with potential clients via comments, DMs, and inboxes to convert inquiries into leads
• Design high-quality creatives using Canva (posts, ads, stories, reels, banners)
• Create compelling ad copies, captions, CTAs, and landing content
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and A/B testing
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover
• Maintain a structured lead record and submit weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing and lead generation
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads
• Advanced Canva expertise (designing ads, motion posts, reels, templates)
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, and customer journeys
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience generating leads for B2B, solar, renewable energy, or corporate services
• Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business automation
• Basic knowledge of landing pages, forms, and pixel tracking
