Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, stories) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and grow community engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, including managing organic and paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and ad managers.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing is a plus.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum results.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
