Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Social Media Manager Intern to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across all our digital channels to grow our brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing a monthly social media content calendar (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
• Create engaging written, graphic, and video content tailored to different platforms
• Write clear, compelling copy for posts, blogs, and newsletters aligned with brand tone
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with community comments and messages
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and suggest optimizations
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social tools

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Threads, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus
• Video editing experience (Reels, Shorts, etc.) is an added advantage
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
