About the Role

We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and eager to learn to support the marketing efforts of a fast-growing real estate brand in Brownsville. This role involves assisting with content creation, posting, and maintaining consistent engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms
• Assist with market research and simple content ideas
• Organize media assets such as photos and short clips
• Follow a structured content plan and report weekly progress
• Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Basic understanding of social media tools
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
