Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing (SMM) Intern to support the promotion of our IT product software solutions. The role involves digital branding, lead generation, and online client engagement to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) focused on IT software products
• Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns, DMs, and online outreach
• Communicate with potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Assist in running paid campaigns and tracking performance metrics
• Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends in the IT/software domain
• Support content creation including product highlights, case studies, and promotional creatives
• Maintain a basic database of leads and follow-ups

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT products/software services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in digital marketing and B2B marketing
• Familiarity with Canva, social media tools, or CRM platforms (preferred)
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
