Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish engaging text, image, and video content daily.
- Community Management: Monitor, respond to comments, and foster conversations with the audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement and ROI, to optimize future campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing social media, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and social analytics platforms.
- Content Skills: Strong copywriting, editing, and basic graphic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Platforms: Deep understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
