1. Purpose of the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Intern to support and gradually take ownership of daily digital marketing operations, excluding paid advertisements.

The intern will be responsible for content execution, coordination, reporting, and brand communication across multiple client brands.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for real, hands-on responsibility and practical exposure rather than only theoretical learning.

2. Core Skills Required (Must-Have)A. Social Media Management

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Ability to:
• Schedule posts
• Manage captions, hashtags, and CTAs
• Coordinate reels, static posts, and carousel posts
• Basic understanding of Reels and short-form content trends

B. Content Execution (Very Important)

• Ability to write clear, professional captions in English
• Understanding of different brand tones (Corporate, Food, Service, B2B, B2C)
• Capability to convert ideas into:
• Reel slide content (5-slide structure)
• Static post captions
• Story text

C. Client & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Designers
• Video editors
• Internal marketing team
• Follow up on deadlines
• Maintain and update content calendars

D. Reporting & Tracking

• Prepare basic weekly and monthly reports, including:
• Reach
• Engagement
• Follower growth
• Maintain Google Sheets / Excel trackers

E. Tools Knowledge (Basic to Intermediate)

• Meta Business Suite
• Canva (editing not mandatory, but understanding is required)
• Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
• Content scheduling tools (if applicable)

3. Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Ability to perform content research using competitor analysis
• Understanding of brand strategy
• Exposure to multiple industries such as Food, Service, Tech, and BPO

4. Roles & ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities

• Draft captions for posts and reels
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
• Schedule posts as per the content calendar
• Monitor comments and messages (basic level)
• Ensure brand consistency across all content

Weekly Responsibilities

• Prepare and update content calendars
• Share performance summaries
• Suggest content ideas based on trends
• Ensure all assigned brands are active and on schedule

Monthly Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing performance reports
• Conduct basic content audits (what worked and what didn’t)
• Suggest improvements for upcoming content plans
