We are currently looking for a Social Media Intern to support our growth initiatives through community-driven and discussion-based platforms.

About the Role

This role is focused on lead discovery and engagement through non-traditional social platforms such as Twitch, Reddit, Discord, and Quora. The intern will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify potential prospects, engage in relevant communities, and support outbound lead-generation efforts through organic interaction and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Quora, and Twitch
• Monitor relevant communities, threads, servers, and discussions aligned with target audiences
• Engage professionally in discussions to surface opportunities and qualified prospects
• Extract, document, and organize lead information into structured formats (Sheets/CRM)
• Follow defined guidelines for outreach, engagement, and data accuracy
• Track daily and weekly lead activity and report basic performance metrics
• Stay updated on platform-specific rules, engagement norms, and best practices
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align lead profiles and targeting strategy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program (Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred)
• Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, Quora, and Twitch (as a user or community participant)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally online
• Fluent spoken and written English
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Internship
