Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern and a Junior Social Media Marketer to assist in developing and executing our social media strategy. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about social media and digital marketing, with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Help manage social media campaigns and contribute ideas for new initiatives.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Support the marketing team in executing promotional activities and collaborations.
• Stay updated on social media best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferable but not required.
• Passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
