Social Media & Marketing Lead

Al Faisal Law Firm for Legal Consultations is expanding its media presence and strengthening its digital footprint. We are looking for a creative, disciplined, and strategic Social Media & Marketing Lead to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn legal expertise into clear, engaging content — and who can lead our brand across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Create high-quality, professional content (videos, reels, graphics, posts) aligned with the firm’s brand.
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.
• Oversee all marketing-related tasks, including campaigns, PR coordination, events, and partnerships.
• Work closely with the legal and management team to translate legal insights into accessible, valuable content.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content for reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in social media content creation (especially video-focused).
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and branding.
• Ability to take initiative and lead the marketing function autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with law firms or professional services is preferred but not required.
