We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a smart, experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who can drive performance across paid platforms and build a strong digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
• Report insights and performance metrics to leadership
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and paid ads
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be available for onsite work during specified hours
