Role & responsibilities
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and maintain brand integrity.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, website, print, social media, etc.) to promote products and services.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, social media posts, website, newsletters, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
- Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing to enhance online presence.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Foster relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that highlight the company's environmental initiatives and compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
- Collaborate with EHS, Quality, and Operations teams to integrate environmental messages into marketing campaigns and communications
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay competitive.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors / Masters' degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other Marketing tools, as well as basic data analysis.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
