Social Media Marketing Manager

Develop and implement strategies to enhance company's online presence, create engaging content, and interact with the audience across various social media platforms. Key responsibilities include planning campaigns, analyzing performance data, staying on top of trends, and collaborating with other marketing teams to achieve brand goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content creation: Create, edit, and curate engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Community management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers to build community and loyalty.
  • Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand's presence fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing, creative, and brand teams to ensure brand alignment and support wider marketing objectives.
  • Paid social (optional): Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.

Essential skills

  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Content creation skills, including photo and video editing.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and digital marketing principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
