The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Itel’s social media strategy across all digital platforms. This role requires a creative professional who can design graphics, capture photos and videos, and actively manage online engagement to strengthen the company’s brand presence and attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and content updates across all official platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends.
  • Respond to followers and engage with the online community to increase visibility and loyalty.
  • Any task assigned by HOD.

Content Creation & Graphic Design:

  • Design eye-catching graphics, posters, banners, and digital content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaign visuals, promotional materials.

Photography & Videography:

  • Capture high quality photos and short videos during events, meetings, and in-office activities.
  • Edit and prepare content for posting on social media platforms.
  • Maintain a digital archive of images and creative materials.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to improve engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or graphic design.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday

Salary:

Salary negotiable and depends on your Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
