Social Media Marketing Manager — Dubai (Hybrid)

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of HAVEN’s digital presence. This role is for someone who lives and breathes social, understands performance marketing, and can turn creativity into measurable growth.
You will manage, create, and optimise all company social media content and paid campaigns with one mission:
Grow our audience, drive leads, increase downloads of the HAVEN app, and convert followers into early ICO backers.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up during one of the most exciting phases of our launch.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management
- Own and manage all company social media accounts across major platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit).
- Develop a cohesive brand voice and content style tailored to each platform.
- Create monthly social media calendars, including posts, stories, reels, and community engagement planning.
- Monitor and respond to community engagement, comments, and messages.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality, engaging content — including graphics, short-form video, reels, animations, and written posts.
- Use your own preferred editing, design, and production tools to create polished and professional content.
- Develop content that educates, excites and converts users in the crypto, fintech, DeFi, and cybersecurity space.
- Optimise content for maximum reach, engagement, and shareability.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage budgets to achieve the best ROI while hitting KPIs such as:
- Follower growth
- Engagement rates
- Lead generation
- App downloads
- Website traffic
- ICO interest and sign-ups
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Analyse campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly reporting.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimise strategies using data.
- Continuously test content formats, messaging, visuals, and audience segments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, tech, or startup environments.
- Demonstrable track record of:
- Growing social accounts
- Running paid campaigns
- Delivering high engagement
- Driving leads, downloads, and conversions
- Strong portfolio of past campaigns and content.
- Ability to create your own visuals, reels, videos, and marketing assets using your own tools.
- Strong understanding of analytics, social metrics, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and visual).
- Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or fintech (advantageous).
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
