Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics to effectively promote our brand and products. Duties
- Develop and execute creative social media and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales
- Create, manage, and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with business goals, promotions, and events
- Create engaging visual content utilizing Canva and other graphic tools
- Generate original, on-brand ideas and turn them into campaigns with proven or measurable ROI
- Lead on-site content capture at café locations, pop-ups, festivals, and events across Atlanta
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to continuously improve results
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms with a deep understanding of the FruiTea Bubbles Café brand voice and values
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and branding consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and related fields.
- Collaborate effectively with internal team members, partners, and vendors
- Take ownership of projects from concept through execution—without needing constant direction
Skills
- Skilled in content creation including video editing, photography, and proofreading for high-quality output.
- Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with audiences and partners effectively.
- Familiarity with branding principles across digital channels to ensure consistent messaging.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies including email marketing, e-commerce promotion, and web analytics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with target audiences. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
