Social Media Marketing Manager + Content Creator

About the Role

DiazuTech is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our social media presence.

This role is not just about posting content. We need someone who understands strategy, branding, community building, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Manage and grow our social media accounts across platforms
• Create engaging captions and content ideas
• Research and suggest trending and viral reel concepts
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Build and manage online communities (comments, DMs, engagement)
• Coordinate with designers and clearly brief them for post and ad creatives
• Suggest and plan paid ad campaigns
• Monitor performance and improve strategy based on results
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates

Bonus Skills (Plus Point)

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content
• Experience in short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Basic understanding of ad creatives and conversion strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of content strategy and branding
• Excellent writing skills (engaging, clear captions)
• Ability to generate creative and viral content ideas
• Knowledge of paid advertising basics (Meta Ads preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
