We advise global investors on strategic real estate acquisitions in the UAE, with a strong international focus including Europe, the UK, Asia, and high-net-worth individuals worldwide.

As we scale from 15 to 50 professionals, we are building a strong international brand presence and structured lead generation engine.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital positioning and authority growth.

Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms.

This role is not only about posting content — it is about building brand authority, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global social media strategy
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and coordinate content calendar
• Oversee content production (video, reels, posts, market updates)
• Collaborate with videographer and editor
• Monitor engagement, reach, and lead performance
• Optimize campaigns based on analytics
• Support paid campaign strategy
• Strengthen executive personal branding

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Experience in real estate, finance, luxury, or investment sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies
• Knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing
• Strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
