JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and target-driven Social Media Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, generating leads through digital marketing activities, and converting prospects into customers to achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Social Media Marketing

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitors' activities.
• Increase brand awareness, followers, and customer engagement through effective online campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Sales & Business Development

• Generate and qualify sales leads through social media and digital marketing channels.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present company products and services to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services/products.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Sales.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales techniques.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
