About the Role

Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative, performance-oriented, and detail-focused Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to strengthen our digital presence and drive qualified lead generation for our solar products and solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, content planning, and audience engagement, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, and promotional campaigns
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and branding consistency
• Engage with online audiences and maintain professional communication across platforms
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Experience in lead generation campaigns preferred
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills
