Social Media Marketing Specialist

Designders is looking for a creative and strategic "Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer" to join our team.

In this role, you will design eye-catching visuals, develop compelling content, and collaborate with the marketing team to boost our online presence. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency and creating innovative ideas to engage our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1 ) Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and other digital content in line with our brand identity.

2) Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and produce engaging content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok etc.).

3) Create visual assets for social media campaigns, including but not limited to, images, info graphics, motion graphics, and short video content.

4) Stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt creative strategies accordingly.

5) Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

6) Work closely with copywriters and content strategists to ensure cohesive messaging.

7) Assist in the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, including banner ads, promoted posts, and video ads.

8) Ensure that all designs and visuals adhere to company guidelines and are optimised for performance on various platforms.

9) Monitor the performance of social media posts and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.

10) Edit and retouch images and videos to enhance their quality and appeal.

11) Assist in brainstorming new ideas for content marketing and social media growth strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in social media marketing.

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.

Excellent creative, visual design, and storytelling skills. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
